As a Reminder :)
Raiding Rules
1 - When you have signed..... Be online!!! on Time!! and not busy with a hc or some pugg Raid !!!
2 - When you have signed but cant come..... Send Raid-leader a post !!! in game or thro site !!! (in-game prefered) Yeh you can say it in guild chat, but these ppl can go offline and much change of miscomminucations...
3 - Make sure before you are going you geta ll stuff you need for raiding !!!
and try to be on ventrilo, even if you dont have a mic.... it really helps^^ its not a must but it really really helps...
4 - When you are in Raid group ........ Wait till all group is full before entering Raid-Instance!!!!!!! No Dont start whining plz plz start etc.... or go in anyways.... You Will get -2 DKP !!! Remember that !!!
You can very easaly use this time to watch up and fresh up on the Bosses !!! go to our forums for video's and tacs!!!!
5 - Let know in Time if you need to go.... Do not just go offline !!
6 - The most important one^^ Work with group and follow Tacs !! Help your Group out were you can, but keep with your tasc.. That is what makes group strong^^
7 - During the Killing of trash, we can all speak and have fun ^^ on Vent and Raid-chat, but........
In Front of next Boss......
All and i mean ALL !! Will STOP Chatting and talking.....
Only and i mean ONLY...... Raid-Leader and Assist are allowed to speak at those times !!!
When asked for...... and only when asked for yo can tell what you think/advice/tell....
If any speaks within These Times !!!!! ANY Dare to speak within these times.....
You get -20 DKP !!!
Why???? cause we need to all be focussed !!!
And everybody chatting, makes it all confusing.... Thats WHY !!!
8 - If for some reason you feel injustice is done at any time...... DONT i repeat DONT go shouting and yelling or wispering about this issue.. it keeps Raid from moving on.....
Take a Deep Breath, Take a break.... walk it off, but Calm Down !!!! Take a chill pill...
Only and Only after raid is over you can talk to Raid-Leader/ Raid-Chat/ Guild-Chat/ Send post about this to Guild-Leader........ about this..... NOT..... NOT before !!! NOT Before Raid has Ended!!
If you do !!!! you will get -50 DKP !!!!
9 - During raids it is NOT Alowed to wisper !!! Why??? Focus plz.... -.-
Only Raid-Leader and Assists are alowed to do so..... to help you out with tascs and such...
If found that you do are wispering..... You WILL recieve -10 DKP and really I DONT CARE WHAT THE WISP WAS ABOUT !!!!!
IT CAN WAIT !!!!!!!!!!!
If you are wispering Raid-Leader... for some issues you need to resolve NOW !!! cause you want that tooo........ You Will recieve -50 DKP
Again i dont care what the wisp is about !!!! It All can Wait !!!!!
10 - As last.....
Remember that we are a growing group....
We are trying to keep all happy, but....... you need to work on that too !!!
So always show up with your smilley face ^^
If you cant for a sec... just take a deep breath and ask if any of the guys can tell a funny joke^^
